"A bird in flight"
Well first all the birds decided to leave the general vicinity of my garden every time I ventured outside !
When they did enter they flew off as if the hawk was circling !
Miss P it was a challenge but a good one.............not sure you'll let me have mine :)

The wings are moving which is an indication of flight.......yes?

he's adorable! Well I feel your pain and I'm sure you wanted something as spectacular as the last hummingbird shot you took. But this is wonderful, it's not like you can control the birds - or the weather!
ok funny things are happening on the internet today, i checked to see if anyone had posted their photo before i just posted mine and noone had, then i post and go back and yours was posted an hour ago, too weird!
i say any shot of a hummer is a great shot ruth, glad you got one! :)
He's too cute! And I agree with you, if the wings are moving, he's flying! LOL
